NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS
Participants are advised to read and abide by all Event rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by LEO Santa and its organizers. By participating in the Event, Participants acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this disclaimer.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating in the Event, all attendees, participants, and exhibitors ("Participants") acknowledge and agree that LEO Santa and its organizers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the Event, including but not limited to accidents, collisions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
VEHICLE SAFETY
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of their vehicles. It is the responsibility of Participants to comply with all applicable traffic laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. LEO Santa does not assume any liability for accidents, damages, or violations resulting from the operation, modification, or condition of any vehicle at the Event.
INDEMNIFICATION
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless LEO Santa and its organizers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and volunteers from any claims, demands, lawsuits, or actions arising from or related to their participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or infringement of third-party rights.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
By attending the Event, Participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes by LEO Santa and its authorized representatives. Participants grant LEO Santa the right to use, reproduce, publish, or display such media content without any compensation or notification.
MODIFICATIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS
LEO Santa reserves the right to modify or cancel the Event, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, LEO Santa shall not be held liable for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by Participants.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during the Event. Any behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or violates the rights of others may result in removal from the premises at the sole discretion of LEO Santa organizers.
EXTERNAL LINKS AND ENDORSEMENTS
The Event may include links or references to external websites, products, or services. LEO Santa does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, or safety of such external resources.
